Born from a love of authentic Belgian waffles and a desire to bring something special to our neighborhood, Little Gem has been serving Davis since day one.
Every waffle is made from scratch using traditional recipes passed down through generations. We source our eggs from local farms, our berries from California orchards, and our chocolate from Belgian artisans.
